LRAD, the doc told me it’s an acute form of lumbago. Nothing you can do about it. I have to sport more to strengthen my back and sit on a solid chair when I’m behind the computer for a long time.
Yeah right…..
…. sport more? Where the hell do I find the time to sport more when I have an obsession that forces me to be behind the computer 18 hours a day? Now tell me that doc!
And let’see; 18 hours a day on a soft comfy chair that’s not supporting my back at all…. Ok, ok, I’ll buy a new chair. Just saw a perfect one online.
Dear mr. Pattinson, can I claim the costs for this investment? (320,00 Euro’s – aprox. 293 British Pounds). Where can I send the bill?

Anyway, the pain is fading away, I’m ok, just have to take the medicine and be carefull when I bend. (Well, there’s nobody else here, so why bend?…)
