Hey PattinAngels- Happy Sinful Sunday!! This is larac and JAG is graciously allowing me to guest blog and share the fic news with all of you. I’m so excited to be on my way to full-blown Dealer and I promise to do my best to satisfy your fic cravings;)
First up: how to organize fic recs, or the next step to becoming a serious FicAddict. A couple of weeks ago when JAG mentioned using a spreadsheet to keep all her stories straight *coughItotesalreadydothatcough* I decided to look into ways to organize the fic. It’s no secret that I read ridiculous amounts of fic and I thought it might be helpful to find a way to keep track of new recs in one place. 2 hours, some cursing, and a little (ok, a LOT of) drinking later and the TwiSmut Sunday C2 was born. It’s a community set up on fanfiction.net that lists all the stories that have been in the TwiPorn Spotlight in the order they were rec’d. Go check out the link: http://www.fanfiction.net/~twismutsunday and bookmark it or add to your favorite authors on your FF account. This way when you’re looking for a new story to start you’ll have smutty goodness available anytime at your tired-from-right-click-saving fingertips.

What I’m reading depends heavily on my mood, and with New Moon on the brain this week I found myself drawn to angsty fic. I started a story I know a few of you are reading and I think Nora even mentioned it’s in her all time faves, which is saying something cause she has an impressive reading list.
The Blessing and the Curse by The Black Arrow
The Blessing and the Curse: Summary: By pretending she is falling for Edward, Bella is fulfilling Esme’s dying wish. But sexy, possessive Edward can read her mind. Will she ever get into his? Can Bella forget the pain of her teenage years, and can she resist his relentless seduction? AH. Rated M, Angst/Romance, 17 chapters, not complete.
What I love about this story is that it has some of the most beautiful and haunting language that I’ve ever read. It starts out with a quote from Wuthering Heights and totally continues in that same dark vein with stunning imagery. This Edward is possessive to the extreme and Bella is struggling not to get swept away in his current. Their relationship is every bit as brooding and passionate as Bronte’s Heathcliff and Catherine. Very heartbreaking and lovely so far and I’m completely hooked- luckily the author is back to regular updates after a short hiatus. Even if you think you can’t do angst, if you love good writing this one belongs on your list.
Last but not least, The Fandom Gives Back Auction for Alex’s Lemonade Stand ended on Friday night and the preliminary total raised for children’s cancer research at that time (not including many pending auctions) was over $62,000!!!! Check out www.thefandomgivesback for final details. It was an amazing effort put on by Nina, Lola, and Christina and it exploded beyond all expectations. Everyone that played a part- admin, affiliate, author, artist, bidder, or retweeter- should be proud to have made a difference for such a worthy cause and awed at what was accomplished.

I finally read The University of Edward Masen, and I think it’s awesome. It might be on the way to becoming one of my favorites.
I also started reading Master of the Universe. I’m not a real fan of the submissive nature, thinking of giving up my choices really turns me off, but I love how this story makes Bella really think about what she would not only gain but lose. So, I’m really liking how she’s setting up the story.
JAG, larac, the C2 is a great idea. It definitely helps.
Well, I’m off to chapter 28 of MotU.

Exactly why I don’t usually read the D/s stories Jenn. I can almost never identify with the characters as I am NEVER submissive and I have continual problems with accepting anyones authority over me (just ask my poor husband/parents LOL!)
So I was really late to the party w/ MoTU. I love that Bella’s attitude and snarky behavior keeps Edward on his toes. Definetly not your run-of-the-mill D/s story.

Yes, I love this Bella. She’s says what she wants and even though she’s being swayed by her desires for him, she manage to gather her wits long enough to say what she wanted. I was gonna stop reading this story but because of her reluctance, and the popularity of this fic, I decided to continue reading and so far I’m not disappointed

I feel the same way. I always felt a man and a woman should be EQUALS, both in life and in bed. So it took me a while to accept the whole domward/submissive thing. But I still like “Master of the Universe” cause she stands up to him. I love him, but he needs to stop the bullshit and face his feelings. I like that story a lot.

I have the Univ of Edward Mason on my “Yet to be read” favorites list, and now I’m adding The Blessing and the Curse and His Personal Assistant to it too – wow…that list is getting pretty damn LONG!!! I am currently reading “Master of the Universe” and really love the give and pull between this “bossy” (Isabella’s quote) Edward and I love the way Bella stands up for herself – it is a great story! I’m also reading CW&IA of course, so much angst! And also “Taking Chances” and “One Week”, and Emancipation Proclamation (YES I confess, I am a fanfic addict to the max! All because of you JAG! I love you!) – but my favs are Master of the Universe and EP – they own my add!

I have a feeling it will calm down a great deal now that the press junket and world promotion tour is over. He’s got a month free he says and he’s got his friends with him: sam bradley, marcus foster, his immediate family…..I have a feeling he will not appear as much now. I hope not. We have been spoiled these couple of weeks and I LOVE LOVE LOVE seeing him out and appearing and smiling. But he gave already and I have a feeling he will draw back some now….I hope we don’t go back to months of Rob drought. Maybe we’ll get some more of Rob till the movie stops being in the theatre…..I hope so.

Oh PattinAngels, we’ve been so spoiled with jizztastic Robvember, and another Rob drought would be hard (yes hard, as in difficult ladies) to take – (I’ll take hard Rob anyday)… anyway, back to the possible Rob drought – we can take it if it’s not too long – say a month..while he’s recoperating from Robvember craziness… a month of Rob drought will give us time to really catch up on all the f*cktastic pics, vids, interviews, and of course viewings of New Moon…
and we always have each other to commisserate (big word) with and share the love of Rob.
About New Moon, I saw it on the 21st to a packed house (sold out of course but I had reserved my seat online)… all I can say is WOW WOW and another WOW… just loved it… I’m going to see it again (of course!) on Friday with my family (1st time I went by myself) – I just loved the scene where Edward is saved by Bella from the sunlight and it takes a minute for Edward to realize that Bella is alive and actually there with him, and when he does, oh the passion he expresses almost did me in! And the other scene that really sticks in my mind is the very last one… where Edward tells Bella he has one condition – “marry me”…. GAWD – *** thud*** – Love it! How long do we have to wait for Eclipse???? AAAHCK!!
As for Taylor, I thought he did a stupendous job of acting and I really really loved him in NM – I’ve seen him on a few of the talk shows and he is just adorable. I know the Team Jacob fans are really happy… I would have liked to have seen more of Rob in NM (who wouldn’t?) but I am glad they kept so well to the book – it’s just a great sequel – so different from Twilight (which I still adore beyond words)… but excellent! Gahhhh!

The update to the University od Edward Masen was fan fu*king tastic. God that story is so good. It is definitely one of my favorites right now. The Master of the Universe update was also good. I’m liking the spunky (yes that’s what she said) Bella in that story. Since I have so many stories that I’m reading that I’m waiting on updates for, I decided I would only start a new story if it is complete. So I”m reading Cocktails and Dreams. I also read a couple that I haven’t heard mentioned here (at least lately)(that are also complete! and very good -lots of lemons and a little angst) , Housemating Season and I Love College. They are both on fanfiction.net. ( I can’t get the links to work, sorry.)

OK…I know I’m off topic, but…it is now 12:15 am here and I JUST LOST MY BSRV!!! OH SH*T! It was everything I expected and soooo much more! NM was AWESOME and I think I will truly flip out waiting to see Eclipse!! Rob was just soooo beautiful and I really have so much more respect for Bella’s character now than I did in Twilight. I went with some (bitches) girls that I THOUGHT were my “friends” and all 2 of them did the whole time was bash Rob and gloat on Taylor and how hot he was. I vow on my LIFE that they WILL NOT be anywhere even in my general vacinity when I see Eclipse. They almost ruined it for me, but thankfully, I have ADHD and could easily divert my attention from the bullsh*t that was coming out of their non-Rob appreciating caca mouths! Anyway, YAY NEW MOON and I love you Chris Weitz and Rob baby, as always, you were amazing! That is all!
OH yeah! (ADHA kicking hard right now!)…when Jacob took his shirt off to blot Bella’s bleeding head, almost every chick in the theater started whistling and “cat calling” like a bunch of freakin’ zoo animals! It was hilarious kinda…and the men in the theater were asking for change for their $5 bills so their wives could thrown money at the shirtless wolf pack! Gotta admit, Jacob (the character, because Taylor is only 17…) wasn’t real bad on the eyes, but he’s NO FREAKIN’ ROB!! And the RM trailer…definitely almost D.I.E.D. me for realz!! LRAD, I told you! Have your RL friends babysit and we go and watch the movie lol. I’m going for the second time tomorrow again. I need my Robward fix. I’m taking my older brother with me and he’s reading the Twilight and he’s the once that asked me to go with him to watch the movie. He said the wolves look cool and that Edward is a punk because he sparkles and doesn’t hunt human. Clearly I gave him a piece of my mind about that comment. No one puts Robward in the corner!!!

Congrets with your guest blog! uhm…. I haven’t started reading fanfic yet…. cause this is how my 24 hours are spend:
4 hours for some sleep
18 hours for the obsession
5 minutes for eating, peeing and pooping
2,5 minutes for a 3 calls with my friends and family
1 hour and 52,5 mintues for my work (my own company, so hey, I have to spend some quality time on this)
1,5 minute for a shower…. (….uhm… that’s actually a lie, I don’t shower anymore…)
But I could spend those 1 hour and 52,5 minutes on fanfic, be adjudged bankrupt and live from social security, that crossed my mind several times…. lemme think about it ok?
Anyway; that pic above that you used in the banner, with the black shirt, it looks like it’s from the GC serie, but I’ve never seen it before, do you have it for me? or anyone else?…..
I resell (is that an English word?..) my mother again for it, she has been cooking at FluffyLizz’s but I guess she’s done by now.

I went to see NM with my Mom, my daughters, and my daughter’s friends, and I almost had to make the girls leave because they wouldn’t stop going on about how much hotter Taylor is than Rob. I just about lost it and was ready to make them all get out of the car and walk home until my Mom spoke up and said “Having a six-pack isn’t the only thing that makes a man attractive because sometimes that might be the only thing they have going for them”, I laughed and said “My point exactly!” It’s funny that if you think back to Twilight when Taylor didn’t have the muscles he has now, not many people thought he was hot, but so many people thought Rob was, regardless of having big muscles, so that just makes it more obvious that Rob is naturally hot, but Taylor has to work for it!

It took everything I had not to throw those asses out of my car on the way home (2 of them rode with me)!! It’s no secret to any of my RL “friends no more” how much I adore Rob and The Twilight Saga, and it was just so disrespecful for them to have acted that way around me. Everyone’s entitled to their opinion, but there really was a time and a place for all their negativity, and it wasn’t sitting in the theater next to a super fan while watching the movie. The one BITCH kept saying Rob looked like a jar of Mayo on crack! I wanted to crack her face! So I’ve talked to them since then and told them exactly how I felt and needless to say, we probably won’t be as friendly to each another as we used to be! They said I was being childish for sticking up for an actor and a movie that will never have any impact on my life! I kinda blew up a little at that moment! I told them that Rob had already had an impact on my life! Soooo anyway, my sister in law and I are going back to see it when I’m all better, without the haters! So, I wake up at 4am and can hardly breathe, go to the ER, and test positive for the swine flu! 
Feeling like shiz, taking lots of yacky meds, but still swooning over Rob as always…<3

My day has been a bit horrific too….. something strange happened when I wanted to bend over (…no girls,… just to dry my hair), and suddenly it felt like lightening struck the lower part of my back or something, and I could not sit and walking was terrible. Total disbelief, cried my eyes out, also because it scared te hell out of me….I could not even dress myself….. cause I could not bend….. Anyway, to make a long story short; it’s a lttle bit better now, after taking some medicine and trying to find a way in between sitting and lying…. The chair behind my computer is very uncomfortable now…. so not much Robsessing for me today…. ppffff…
I’m going to make some hot chocolate, put a chick flick in, and drown in self-pitty.

Hi Ladies!….Lost my virginity tonight! SQUEE! (that’s all of a spoiler that will come out of me in respect to those of you who have not yet seen the movie) I live in a pretty small town, so most of the craziness was done with yesterday. So glad I had two fellow pervs, I mean friends, to go along with. One had to use the “facilities” part-way through(I was NOT moving my ass, bladder be damned, as we had a little *pre-party*) and I had to make the comment to my remaining friend that “she needs to go change her panties” I did not realize just how quiet it was in the theater, until I heard a voice behind me snicker and say “did she say panties?” I have to get the DVD of NM as soon as it comes out so I can play.pause.rewind.pause to my hearts desire, as my mind during the film was completely in the gutter.

Only bad thing about the theater experience was that we were right in front of a group of chatters and had to move – right during “It’s a Possibility”. Sad. So now I have complete justification to go again next weekend! Will be going by myself next weekend too so that I can savor the Robwardness in privacy. And maybe moan a little louder myself.

I have to comment on so of the posts about the D/s FF’s. I like many of you can never allow anyone absolute power over me and I guess that is one of the reasons these stories intrigue me. I find it amazing that anyone can and/or would give someone else total control over them. So I enjoy reading about that situation and what happens between them, not just sexually but also emotionally. So in other words, I really enjoy those stories because it’s something I will never experience in real life. I don’t have that kind of need or trust in me.

IGD, you will love it!!! It is a hawt read and really draws you in!!! Dominating Edward = Hot Edward!!! I think I suffered a mini-stroke after NM as I was unable for 36 hours to produce any RobPorn. I think it was the equivalent of a post Robgasm stupor! Anywhoo, I’m up and producing at full capacity now and am having a lot of fun with the “Remember Me” trailer! So sexy ladies, I’m finally resurfacing after losing my big screen virginity last night. “New Moon” was awesome but everyone in the theater was Team Jacob (he did do an excellent job and looked amazing) and it seemed that only my two cougar friends and me were Team Edward. Go figure. More to go around for us, I guess.
I thought Kristen’s acting was sooo much better than in the first one, she did a great job and Rob was perfect. My only complaint about the movie was that all the scenes seemed so condensed and short, like they were all the Cliff’s Notes versions, but anyway I still really liked it and can’t wait for “Eclipse.”
I’m off to get the house ready for my son’s birthday party and to try to discreetly lick some cake frosting off my “Edward” cake plates.

I also thought Kristen was SO much better than in Twilight. She actually had me feeling her emotions, which I didn’t enough of in Twilight. She really surprised me last night, in a good way! There was a scene towards the end (I won’t say which one..don’t wanna spoil it for those who haven’t watched it yet) that lit’rally brought me to tears and made my gut wrench a bit…it involed Jacob (wolf form) and Bella telling him who she’s choosing. It almost broke my heart…:(

So, I’m woman enough to come out and say when I’ve relayed a faulty message, so here it goes. I had to come straighten some facts out about my S-i-l’s Ole Miss Rob because apparently she jizztexts and I jizzread, lol. I finally talked to her face to face about it & when she said they have a “Robert Pattinson” on their campus, she didn’t actually mean his name was literally Robert Pattinson. #IFail When she said the dude hollered his first name, I automatically assumed he hollered Rob. And then she said he hollered his first and last name, I automatically assumed the dude screamed Robert Pattinson. (Yeah, I assumed therefore I am totally looking like a ass right now.) FUCK ME, I’m human and apparently was too jazzed and totally read more into it than I should have. I just wanted to clarify that in case anyone did go researching *cough*Iamgoingto*cough,* we wouldn’t end up with loose ends. However, now that she knows he has a class that lets out right before hers, she’s going to wait and nab us a picture. So, his name isn’t Robert Pattinson, but according to not only her but several contacts I have in the area, he does look very fucking similar to him. So that means, SmittenByABrit, don’t go looking for a dude name Robert Pattinson, just go looking for his carbon copy.
As for reading this week, I’ve accomplished nothing. To many errands & I was so jazzed about seeing New Moon that I couldn’t concentrate on anything. I fail!
