I was just looking back over yesterday’s post again and stopped at the Robsten engagement-like photo JAG had in her post. I think I stared at it for like 10 minutes straight! haha It’s really mesmerizing to look at his hand and fingers on her add…that took up a few minutes, then I moved on to look at Kristen’s face and eyes…I swear her expression says “MINE!” But I’m sure she’s ok with sharing looking at his beauty. So that took another few minutes of staring. Then, I stared at his chest in his tight black tshirt…gah! Then it made me think about Rob working out…all sweaty and breathing hard….Ok after a few minutes of that 3-2-1 countdown scenario, I looked at his pretty face and expression of contentment in that picture…not his huge “MINE” grin he is wearing in some of the other photos, but this one was just comfortable and happy to have his hand where it was. *sigh* I may have died a little after a few minutes of staring at his face. *THUD*
They are seriously so perfect together. And I am still enamoured with the bracelet she was wearing. I hope that was her own bracelet in those pictures. And to think of Rob giving her that….using a small screwdriver with his big hands to screw it onto her wrist like a handcuff of love is just a sweet thought…him smiling at her as he looked from the bracelet to her face and back as he worked the screwdriver. Oh my Rob. I guess we’ll have to wait and see if she ever wears it again in public…I’m hoping to see it at the NM premiere on her, if it’s hers. But it also could be one of those things she wants to keep private to herself between them, if it’s hers. It’s a beautiful piece of jewelry and so symbolic.
Ok, I guess that’s enough of my Robsten loving mush for this post. haha I am just ecstatic for him. I want to see those big huge grins on his face more often and she is the one that puts them there. More KStew=More Rob Happy Face. I’d like to place another order of that, please.

I seriously need to know what the hell programs so many of these girls are using! I only have my crap ass windows movie maker, and that is just WAY too limited with effects & transitions! I did have vegas video 8, but I could hardly figure the damn thing out and it slowed the crap out of my computer. (and I have a really decent pc)

ME TOO!!! I couldn’t figure out that damn sony vegas either! There has to be other movie making programs out there besides windows that won’t cost a fortune and thats easy to use?!
Thank GOD I’m not the only one! I’m normally really fast at picking up different editing softwares, but I did not think that one was user friendly at all! I’ve used 3 or 4 different programs in the past, and sadly the free movie maker on my pc is the fastest & easiest of all of them, so I really love doing quick ones on there. I don’t mind something more complicated if it’s worth it, but I haven’t found one that’s worth it yet.
Please, Let me know if you do: raezworld@att.net There’s only so much you can do with the windows movie maker…but I do have to say, I’ve gotten pretty good at it ;o) Editing pictures in advance is a good thing for effects too. You can have, for example, three of the same picture but all in different colors and have them blend together to make a cool effect or you can have two or three of the same pic and use different angle to show each one. Anyway. Thanks for your reply!

Microsoft Photostory is pretty cool, easy to use and a free download if you have a real and not “cracked” copy of Windows. My DH and I use it to make videos of vacay pics and stuff like that. Don’t know what kinds of tools you’re wanting, and I’m not familiar with movie maker to be able to compare.
I know that with Photostory you can, ahem, zoom in on certain,*cough cough* “areas” of pictures you’d like to, shall we say, draw attention to?
Don’t know if that helps!

Thanks! I haven’t heard of that one, I’ll have to check it out! The ‘zoom’ feature is one of the things I’m looking for. I really like a big choice of effects, too, though. Like that second video had so many different things going on for the film clips and pictures. I never once made a video with pictures before Rob, they had always been video clips, but new effects & transitions keep things interesting for song videos.

I can’t even type this, ’cause I can’t believe it either. Maybe when my mind is more clear tomorrow, I’ll write more details but here’s the quick scoop, or maybe not so quick:
So I went with my friend who is good friends with someone in the music industry to this New Moon event in Hollywood.
Basically a bunch of the bands on the New Moon soundtrack were going to play, then some of the cast members were going to sign autographs (not Rob, Kristen or Taylor though, cause they were across the street taping Jimmy Kimmel live). After the bands played and the autograph signings, there was going to be a Q and A with the cast members who were doing the signings.
The cast members who were there were: Kellan, Nikki, Ashley, Billy Burke, Elizabeth, Jamie, Chaske and some other ones I didn’t pay attention to.
Rob, Kristen and Taylor were not scheduled to attend.
Anyway, (I guess this isn’t the short version anymore LOL).
Anyway, my friend and I and the person we were with had VIP passes to the VIP section where there was food and an open bar.
I got to see all the castmembers. Kellan is taller than I thought he was going to be and his head seems small for his body. Don’t ask me why I noticed that.
Nikki is really pretty and tiny, as in short and thin.
Ashley is beautiful and way taller than I thought she was going to be.
Billy Burke is HOT and quite tall.
Okay, so I’ve had three glasses of wine by now and the host guy says there are some special guests who are going to announce the castmembers before the Q and A
And holy fuck if it isn’t Taylor, followed by Kristen, followed by ROB who walk on the stage.
Rob was wearing black jeans, a red plaid shirt and a black leather jacket. He looked like he got his hair cut a little.
He was totally adorkable and shy and even crossed his arms at one point, like he didn’t know what to do with them.
After they introduced everyone, the three of them walked off stage.
My friend’s friend was talking to someone and they came up to us and said they were going to go meet Rob, Kristen and Taylor and asked if we wanted to come.
Thank God I was buzzed already, or I would have had a fricking heart attack.
Anyway, we made our way to the backstage area and they quickly introduced us to Rob. I don’t know where Kristen was and I wasn’t looking for Taylor, for all I know he could have been standing right there.
ROB IS ABSOFUCKINGLUTLY GORGEOUS IN PERSON, but ladies, I hate to break all our little pervy fantasies, he is soooo shy and unassuming and seemed reeeeeally young.
Like, statutory rape young, like I feel like an old pervy cougar young, like he couldn’t fathom half the stuff we want to do to him young, like surprisingly fricking young.

Anyway, lookswise, he didn’t disappoint. His hair looked great, his face looked great, the jaw in person was incredible, his body looked great. He was tall, but I was surprised that Kellan was a bit taller.
But, I just can’t get over how young and shy he seemed.
Instead of wanting to do all the pervy things I thought I wanted to do to him, I just wanted to give him a hug and tell him everything was going to be fine.

Okay, I’m back from my cold shower. No actually, it’s 12:30 am here in L.A., the family is asleep and needless to say I’m too wired to sleep, so let me try to give you more details.
I didn’t get to say anything to him because everything happened to fast. He wasn’t going to stay, so basically we just met him as he was leaving.
A group of us walked up as he was walking by and he briefly stopped and said hi. We didn’t shake hands because there were too many of us, it was more of a wave of the hand kind of hi.
His eyes were beautiful and looked blue, not blue/green or green like they do sometimes, definitely blue. His lips are really red.
I’ll post pictures tomorrow when I upload them, but the ones I have are only of him on stage. No one was taking pictures of him where we were because it wasn’t a fan area it was an industry area. And everything happened so fast I didn’t even think about my camera.
And damnit, I just realized, I didn’t look to see where Kristen was or if he left with her. Oh well, I was lucky to have had enough presence of mind, to at least not faint, the rest would have been asking too much of myself.
I know 23 is very young, but maybe I had forgotten. It’s really, really young. Sigh.
Yes, he’s thin, but I didn’t think he looked that much different in person, which was actually surprising.
The biggest surprise for me was how little Nikki was.

Oh Yeah, about being pervy, I don’t think Rob’s seeming very young would deter me from still having pervy, lust driven thoughts about him. Ok. I ahve a BIG paper due tomorrow, and I HAVE to get started on it (yea, not even started it..) So I’m just gonna say: There is so much Rob ut there now that I’m constantly hot’n bothered! I’m still catching up and RELISTENING to all the ROB material that came out on Friday, but it’s interesting that if you put on really good headphones, you can hear so much more of ROB’s personality in the AUDIO ONLY tapes of the PRESS CONFERENCE that ROBSESSED has the audio to. He’s constantly breathing and blowing out air in a very nervous way, stuttering some in his answers and being sweet to everyone who talks to him. He DOES seem more mature though still to me at least, compared to last year….but listen for yourself. PUT ON HEADPHONES.
How many leather jackets does Rob own now? I think most of his luggage must contain JACKETS at this point. Where does he put them all? I love the one he wore to the KIMMEL taping in the pictures bloodrose26 posted above. He looks great in leather jackets. sigh…

1) Did you smell him? We all want to know how good he smells. If yes, describe it exactly as best you can. haha You probably forgot to breathe and therefore didn’t smell anything. haha

You mentioned he seemed so young. All I have to go on in comparrison is meeting Sam. He did seem young and shy too. He ran his hand through his hair some too like Rob and giggled. And he was waaaay hotter in person than in pics. And his hand was so warm and soft. I don’t know how long I held it, b/c I almost blacked out during the whole thing. I’m sure he will never forget it since my friends grabbed him as he walked by and shoved us together..lit’rally. Then they just sat and stared (all 4 of them) like they were watching a great movie. I wanted to say why don’t you just go get some popcorn with all the goofy grin staring. We were on display like zoo animals. But I did note during the meet and greet all the Cougar aged women in line to meet him (like 95% Cougars and 5% younger in their 20′s) haha Sam seemed very shy almost overwhelmed, flattered-overwhelmed by all the Coogs fascination with him, but he was very confident and friendly around the 20 somethings. JAG said this was normal behavior for him from what she has observed previously as well. So I felt better after she said that.
So, with Rob, I am sure he is flattered that he holds all the Cougars/MILFs attention/fascination. But he is probably like Sam and overwhelmed that he has this affect on more mature women. Probably doesn’t really know what to make of us or how to handle our lustful need for him. But I am sure just like any other guy, his ego gets quite the stroke to know he affects so many women this way. He said he Googles himself to see what competition he has. haha NONE! Ok well maybe Sam and Bobby. Who wants a 4 way? AtR??? haha I think we all might say yes to that one! haha!
Thanks for telling us about his eyes. And I am sorry you didn’t get more time to see Kristen. I would love to meet Kristen too. I’d rather meet Kristen than Kellan or Taylor honestly. OMG speaking of 4 ways, and Sam and Bobby, well Bobby anyway. Have you seen the new Film Fantasy-New Moon magazine? It has an awesome interview with Bobby, and some really hot pics of him, and on one page there’s a pic of Rob, and on the other there’s a pic of Bobby. When I got to those pages I thought to myself “Oooh, I’m between Rob and Bobby. What an awesome sandwich that would make!” Needless to say it definitely got me thinking!

It means that someone has already signed up to WP with the name “Vana”, so if you want to change your avi, you are going to have to change your name slightly.
I had the same problem when I tried to use blackrose, and had to opt for blackrose26 instead.

Hi Vana,
If you’re already a member of WP, then I don’t know what is going on. If you go to the WP home page, can you log in? If so, then you should be able to change your avi, and you will need to clear your internet cache of cookies, etc before you will see your new avi show up with your posts. I have found that I have to change my avi, clear my cache, and sometimes restart my browser before it all works for me.
If you’ve just been using your username and email here when you do your comments, then technically you aren’t a member of WP. If you are signed into WP, you don’t have to enter your email address every time you post a comment on RAoR. Does that make sense? Anybody could put a post on here with the same username as you, but not technically be a WP member.

If you go to the top of the RAoR page, do you have a banner across the top for WP? It would have “My Account” and “Blog Info” on the left hand side, and a search engine for WP on the right hand side. If so, you’re obviously automatically logged in to WP every time you come here, and would explain why you were sure you are a member of WP. You can go to “My Account” to change your avi details.
If not, it does seem strange that you don’t have to enter your email address. I know that even if I post a comment, as a member of WP I still have to opt to receive email notifications by clicking the tick box underneath the comments section. If you’re logged into WP there is a “Logout” button above the comments box, with “Logged in as ……..” above that.
Vana… your WP username and the name you use here can be different, too. My WP username is ignora19… but my “Display name publicly as” name is, obviously, Nora. You can’t change your WP username, but you can change your “Display name publicly as” name anytime you want.
Oh, and I’m pretty sure all your previous posts will stay the same as they are/were. I say that because there have been times when I’ve been logged out and didn’t realize it until I posted. When I logged back in, my posts with the monster avi were still the same.

Yeah, you are right, “University of Edward Masen” …..the writer for that story is SO lyrical and so poetic and her metaphors are unique and she writes so elegantly and uses so many quotes and snippets of phrases in other languages. You just feel so GRATIFIED when you read her writing. I mean, when he described what he wanted to do to Bella, it wasn’t even disgustingly nasty, it was just SEXY and yet it was still hot. She just has a beautiful way of writing……

Okay ladies, I’m awake. I have a huge headache from too much wine and not enough sleep after last night. My kids are fending for themselves and hubby is still sleeping.
Here’s the answers to some of your questions:
1. Yes, his eyelashes are long, they almost look like someone used an eyelash curler. The eyes are beautiful, but his eyebrows are super bushy and big. We all know that, but they’re really big.
2. Christina, I didn’t meet Kellan, but I saw him up close. He’s really good-looking and way taller than I thought he would be. Like I said, he’s taller than Rob. His hair is back to being blond. He looked younger in person soo. And I don’t know why, but his head seemed small for his body, maybe ’cause his body is so big LOL, or maybe ’cause Rob’s head is too big for HIS body. LOL. Anyway, he’s gorgeous.
3. Rob was not smoking when I saw him.
4. I did take a big whiff of Rob and if the other people hadn’t been standing around with me, I was close enough that Rob would have heard me, but luckily he didn’t. I mean I took a long, hard whiff, I was buzzed so I didn’t care. The whole event was outside, so I couldn’t smell anything, damnit, but hey I tried for you ladies.
5. I did’t mention RAoR ’cause everything happened too quickly.
6. As far as Rob being clueless about the effect he has. I think in pictures he’s directed to give a certain look, and let’s face it by now, he does know how to pose and give the eye fuck. But in person, there was none of that, he wasn’t turning on any kind of sex vibe.
7. Yes, he definitely had that puppy dog quality that brings out the nurturer in women. I just wanted to make him some hot cocoa and have him sit on my lap. Oh wait, that could be fun…
8. As far as the effect this is going to have on me writing my fanfic. Well, he’s fucked it all to Hell now, damn him, with his shyness, and dorkiness, and akwardness and youth. If I wrote him the way he was yesterday, all he’d be doing with Marisa is holding hands and eating an ice cream cone. But hey, Rob in my story is 25 years old, so I’ll just pretend like a couple of years would have made all the difference.
9. He definitely seemed overwhelmed by all the cougars staring at him. I looked pretty damn good last night, if I do say so myself LOL and so did my friend and he just looked like “What do these older woman want with me, I just don’t get it.”

10. Yeah, I guess at 23, he’s a man and I’m sure he has man sexual thoughts, but I think only comes out (heehee) behind closed doors in the privacy of his suite at the Chateau Marmont.
11. I can see why he’s with someone much younger than him. He seemed younger than 23.
12. Vancity, do tell about seeing Rob in the car next to you. I haven’t heard about it.
The bottom line is, after having met him, I want him less, but I love him more.

elvis4scilla, there aren’t that many details to my brief Rob sighting but yet I still hold it dear to my heart *le sigh*
Anyhow, it was the 1st week of his arrival here for Eclipse filming. It was late Friday afternoon and I was heading home and stopped at a red light. I looked at the car to my left and there beside me behind tinted windows was Rob. I gasped, silently started to freak out & hyperventilate and my foot left the break and nearly hit the car in front of me. I couldn’t look at him any further from utter embarrassment but when I saw him it was just his profile, he was looking down I presume at his phone so I’m hoping he didn’t catch me gasping, slamming on my breaks and gripping the steering wheel silently repeating OMG OMG OMG. We were side by side in traffic for the next block and then his car made an illegal left hand turn to go the back entrance of a hotel and just like that he was gone….the end.

Well, hopefully he is taking a lot of what he is learning from the fics and giving it to Kristen. AGE thing–Like how much younger did he seem to you– does he he looks 19, or 17 or 21 young? In the posed pictures you speak of-where he knows how to give “the look.” All the sex*hot photos–He always strikes me as looking 25 or even 28–so compared to that– seeing him even looking 22 or 23, would be a drastic difference. Even in interviews he seems 25 to me, A lot of people disagree wtih my perception.
That is why I am being nuerotically detailed on like How young is young ? –like what age number does he look to you.??
