Okay, I admit it I watched the pap video from Saturday night and it made me feel terrible for Rob & Kristen. I’m starting to see why that beautiful smile has been missing lately. I’m really hopeful that Rob gets a break soon and hides out for a bit (yes I said it) I will miss seeing him but I want him to have a reason to smile again.

Oh, JAG, the vid and pics from the weekend made me so, so sad….I am really yearning for the HappyRob days again. am in total agreement—the video was disgusting, but what really got my blood pumping were the comments below the video—tenor: they (Rob & Kristen) are making millions so they shouldn’t bitch—they owe it to us since we pay to see their films, buy mags, etc.—since we are making them rich, they shouldn’t object to being hunted like animals—it’s their own choice—just thinking about it makes me see red all over again—:-((

I didn’t watch the video. I couldn’t. I couldn’t watch what they were doing to him, and I refused to. The idea that papz are making money off that video also makes me ill. It was bad enough I saw a photo of the papz harrassing him. I had been hoping that at worst it was taken from a distance, but Rob and Kristen just don’t get that lucky these days.
I miss seeing his smile as well. It’s been gone for too long. I hope that out of sight he is really enjoying his privacy, and not having the papz on his add every second of every day like they were while he was filming RM.
He truly is beautiful when he genuinely smiles. It lights up his eyes and his entire face.

I refused to watch that piece of shit. And it sickened me that a bunch of girls on another site were disecting and transcribing a conversation in an elevator betweem Rob and Kristen – who said what, what did it mean, blah blah blah…to which I said, ” does it matter who said what? it was obviously a private conversation.”

There’s a guy where I work, too… tall and lanky… probably even thinner than Rob (aka, no addcandy to speak of… boo).
I asked him once how tall he is and he said he’s 6′ 1″… which turns out to be taller than I imagined. I thought he would tell me 6′ 4″ or so. And, he has the long fingers, too… which is distracting. He held his hand up to mine once for some reason to compare… I almost passed out.
Anyway, too bad he’s not anywhere near as hot as Rob. He’s an ok guy, though… we talk. But I wouldn’t date him. He has… issues.

I can’t imagine what it must be like to be a 23-yr old guy who loves to socialize, but can’t go out with his gf for dinner and drinks. And how awful he must feel that he can’t somehow protect her from all of it.

Nora – The bookshop you refer to is maybe Foyles in Charing Cross Road, which used to be the biggest bookshop in the world, although I doubt that’s still the case. It’s been around for about a gazillion years, so I’m pretty sure it’s the oldest bookshop in the world.

I didn’t watch the vid. I got the jist of what was in it & stayed away. I do enjoy some pap pics, thje NON-intrusive ones, not gonna lie, but they are making me sick to my stomach lately. The paps are just getting too aggressive with them, both of them.
I hope we see some real Rob smiles & personality come out in the some of the upcoming New Moon promotion blitzz. I do seriously have my doubts.
My hope is that Rob gets a break, gets a bit of sun…lurve the sun-kissed Rob ala RomeRob, MexiRob, SexDriveRob…I lost my train of thought. Right. He needs to go for a vacay in the Spanish Canary islands, frolic on the beach & in the water, get a bit of sun, play his guitar, drink lots ‘o beer and totally get he smexy groove on with whomever it is he wants to get it on with.

Gosh M, that’s a bit harsh. I don’t think he’s sulking (it doesn’t appear to be his nature to do so), but as JAG says, he just wasn’t prepared for this level of fame and the attention he has received. I don’t think many of us would be too happy having cameras thrust in our faces, with people shouting and jostling us whenever we went out in public. He said in a recent interview that he still loves what he does but that he can’t really go anywhere with his friends or to any of the places he used to like to hang out. He is happiest on a film set where he probably has fun with his fellow cast members, we just don’t see it. Rob has always been exceptionally generous towards his fans, but we don’t own him, he’s just a man trying to do his job, and I honestly don’t believe we have any right to expect him to perform for us in his down time.

I really don’t think Rob looks like he’s sulking, I think he looks more depressed. Who wouldn’t be when you have to stay couped up in a hotel all the time, and not be able to go anywhere without being mobbed? I personally think that would be hard on(what he said)anybody.

My heart breaks when I see him now. It used to break because he was sooo frickin hot and he wasn’t mine now it breaks because he just looks sad.I don’t see the light in those beautiful eyes and in that smile anymore. All this fame has done is put him in a prison of sorts. I too want him to hide away and be happy again but and I am ashamed to admit it I want him out there so I can gaze upon his hotness!! This is a double edged sword.I feel like part of his problem, not that I’m stalkerazzi but they do feed us don’t they. Rob please go and do what makes you happy. We all will live while you’re gone. I miss smiling Rob too. I was actually planning a trip to set stalk this fall, but RL got in the way. Now I’m kinda glad I’m not able to make it- I sure as hell don’t want to be part of the problem. I hope and pray they, yeah, both of them, find some peace behind closed doors (either together or not!) and that they realize that the majority of fans (like us) really just want them to be happy because them happy=us happy. I wish we could all be the fans that adore from afar. When did it begin to mean that being an actor mean turning into a celebrity.
A celebrity is Paris Hilton who uses her personal life as a career. Because of people like her the line between people who act for a living and act out for a living is becoming blurred.
I so hope Rob and Kristen learn to adjust to fame. It is not fair, but do they have a choice ? Because the alternative is Rob leaving films and NO !! Please No !!
Yesterday Nicole Ritchie had a fender bender because of stupid papps and was injured. What would have happened if she was pregnant or one of her kids was in the car. The situation is getting ridiculous. Hope something is done soon. We do not want another Princess Diana.

The very first time I heard it, back in August.. his face came to my mind.. true story. I was in a restaurant, heard it.. asked the bartender if it was a “Musak tape” he said no.. it was a cable music channel and asked where it was coming from and told him I needed to know who sang this song.. (thinking to myself I feel a Rob video coming on!) He actually sent someone up to get me the title and artist.
