This is the never ending question. All of my blogger friends can attest to the fact that we get asked very regularly if we are Rob or if we know if Rob is on twitter.
So the short answer is no, Rob does not have an official certified twitter. He is not on twitter or any other social networking sites according to his management team.
Are there people out there pretending to be Rob on twitter and wanting you to believe they are Rob ABSOLUTELY.
Rob is not twittering...he's actually sexting me *wink*

Some of people who want us to think they are Rob are very obvious, they call themselves @therealRobPattinson or @RealRTP bahahaha as if Rob would do that whatev as if…and there are others that are very covert they will use KOL songs like @Revelry or @Rmcmurphy, etc. Sometimes they work alone and some times they work in teams. Slowly creating tweet streams that subtly try to make you think you may have found Rob’s secret twitter account. They are sneaky, they are fake.
Every once in a while Twitter will do a sweep and shut down the fakers but they always always come back in one form or another.
So, my advise is stop searching, if Rob was officially on Twitter believe me he would be verified by twitter and we would all know about it in about 5 seconds.
In the meantime, there are some “Rob twitters” that you can follow and they are….

I choose to think of him as hanging with the cast mates in their/his rooms drinking and socializing and shooting the shit. I also like to think he READS HIS ASS OFF and spends a lot of time picking out books on AMAZON.COM and then having an assistant go pick them up at a local bookstore.

I can’t see Rob being on Twitter, but I COULD see him being on FACEBOOK. He has many PERSONAL FRIENDS that are on Facebook and he can keep it extremely private on there too.
I ADORE the picture of Rob that was taken last night in Vancouver when he went out for dinner with cast mates. I am a little less worried about him now and he SEEMS to be happy and smiling. Nice to know he was hanging with Kristen AND Nicki AND Elizabeth ect. I imagine lots of WOMEN love him and not just for his looks, but I think he connects with women AS FRIENDS well. But him being shy, I’m sure it takes him longer to move closer than friendship though. But what do I know? I just know what it’s like to be insecure and to really say and do the right things that let’s people IN and let’s you be available to THEM also.
I think Rob is ready for a relationship and I’m glad he’s found a safe place to find that with his cast mates. True or not, I choose to believe. It’s just a very conducive situation he’s in to let a relationship like that GROW and with more movies to come in the series, they’ll all spend even MORE time together. I’m happy for him. I think he was lonely for a long time and definitely NYC sucked for him. But I think VANCOUVER IS GOOD FOR ROB! I’m so happy to see him smiling! We love you Rob. All we want is for you to be HAPPY! Right girls?

In any case, I have absolutely NO problem keeping one of those Rob pix in my mind ALL the time – particularly the one where he’s lying on the floor, hand on his forehead, with his fingers lightly curled above his eyebrow, totally eye-f*cking the camera (pic #546 ….. f*ck my old boots, but he is sooooo hawt (that’s now my desktop, both at work and on my laptop). Help me God, I’m goin’ down (yep, that’s what SHE said!!!
Oh Gawd yes, that pic can make a person cuuuuuuum just by looking in those eyes. I also like the one where he’s lying down and has both hands behind his head, with those sexy eyes that say “Love Me, Please”. His lips are parted and you can see a bit of Gun. Damn, even the armpit hair in that pic is sexy. I may seem weird but I really love that part of Rob too. I think it is F*cking Masculine and Sexy.
I have a friend that said she thought he was cute but too hairy. I told her to go home and grow up. That she doesn’t like MEN, she likes little boys. So I told her to go home to her computer and look up Efron. Needless to say, she’s pissed and I don’t care. You don’t be critical of Rob around me. To me he’s PERFECT.
