No no, don’t get me wrong, I don’t wanna bone Chris Cooper. I just think he is an AMAZING actor. That man never does a bad role. Seriously, never. Even if the movie he’s in is shit, you can count on his role being the only good one. He’s not even my fave actor or anything, but I have mad respect for him. He’s had me since American Beauty. And I am just completely jazzed that he & Rob are acting together. I am excited about Rob’s chances of really showing some chops with a great actor opposite him.
Pierce Brosnan is and will always be attractive, and that’s another great name to have on this movie. His movies tend to do well. I don’t know that I would have ever thought of pairing him up as Rob’s dad, and he’s not who I pictured at all, but I think it could be great. I mean… it’s Remington Steele, for God’s sake!
oh, and another side note: I can already tell that Remember Me is my new favorite Rob movie so far. Simply because it’s the first one where Rob just looks like Rob. Scruffy, smokey, naughty Rob.
