@pange1223> I’m not sure about the US, but in canada, phones are locked, so in order to be able to set as ringtones etc, your phone has to be unlocked. u can download them onto your phone via usb cable, bluetooth, memory card etc.
to unlock a phone, there’s usually private companies that will do that for a small fee. but it’s not usually advertised cuz it’s illegal. hope that helped a bit?
